How do we get started?
We begin with a consultation to discuss the scope of the project, your timeframe and any special circumstances. We pride ourselves on being both creative and practical. Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client.

What is interior redesign?
A whole lot of fun for both the homeowner and us! Plus it’s a very affordable way to make a big impact on a small budget since we’re using the things you already own. We rearrange furniture to maximize space and create inviting niches. We play with color and accessorize to add new spice. We layer with rugs and plants. If the budget allows, we will shop for a few strategic items that make a bold statement or anchor a room. Interior redesign is the fastest, easiest way to revitalize your home.

What is the difference between interior redesign and home staging?
Interior Redesign is about showcasing a homeowner’s personal style. Staging is about de-cluttering, de-personalizing and redesigning to help perspective buyers focus on the house. Good stagers help homeowners detach, figure out how to highlight the best features of each room and create visually compelling online photos and virtual tours.

How do you handle new home move-ins?
After all the hurdles you’ve cleared to get into your new home, let us arrange the furniture, accessorize, hang the art and all the other things it takes to get established. We’ll have your new home organized, functional and beautiful in no time.

Why stage a vacant property?
Few buyers are able to visualize what to do with empty rooms. That’s where we come in. We can create a warm, inviting setting with just a few props. By artfully arranging rental furniture and accessories, we can define the space, accent the positives and minimize any negatives.

How do you charge for your services?
Because we offer such personalized service, all our projects are bid on a per-project basis. We charge $75 for our initial consultation fee. After we’ve gathered all the pertinent information, we provide a written estimate. If we do the job, we apply your consultation fee to the project price. Fees
